ONEUS officially debuted with their first debut mini album 'LIGHT US' on January 9, 2019. Their title track 'Valkyrie' and the album itself were very successful. This is how it all started.
Before their debut however, they had pre-debut activities and series ('I Shall Debut') along with their brother group ONEWE.

In the same year the boys' second mini album 'RAISE US' is released on May 25 with the title track 'Twilight'. And with them, they make their first comeback, a powerful one at which. The MV is absolutely gorgeous and is their best one yet. It was filmed in Milan, Italy. I highly recommend watching some of the content from this era. A personal favorite is Keonhee, Leedo and the two margaritas (like the pizzas, not the drinks).

ONEUS ended their 2019 with the release of the third mini album 'FLY WITH US' on September 30 and the hit title track 'LIT'. The song's MV is colorful and has a traditional Korean concept. It's quite the energetic song with lyrics that just gets stuck into your head. The expressions and energy is all present both in the MV and in their stages. I also recommend checking out their Road to Kingdom 'LIT' performance, it's quite the something.

The k-pop boy group gave a start to their 2020 with their very first single album 'IN ITS TIME' and the beautiful title track 'A song written easily' released on March 24. The song and its dance aren't your usual powerful beats and dance moves. They are simple yet elegant. The music video was filmed in the landscapes of New Zealand. The MV includes quite a few flower symbols.

On August 19th the boys released their 4th Mini Album 'LIVED' with the title track 'TO BE OR NOT TO BE'. The song's lyrics talk about one's painful break-up, the encounter of a tragic destiny, the thoughts and feelings rushing in the midst of agony while standing at a crossroads. The release was quite successful - album sales multiplied by almost five compared to previous sales, within the first day 1M views were achieved on ONEUS' official channel, subscriber count grew noticeably and so did the fandom, and most importantly the group also got nominated on 'THE SHOW'!
From April 30 to June 18, the year of 2020, ONEUS participated in Road to Kingdom, an Mnet television program. Although many of us are well aware of Mnet's endless shenanigans, the boys endured them all and delivered spectacular, theatrical and very well thought of stages. For their second stage - My Song (Episodes 3 & 4), they performed 'LIT'. The concept fooled people into thinking that it was connected to the k-drama 'Kingdom'. That was not the case though. The stage presented the story line which was later used for their final assessment - Finale Live Comeback Stages (Episode 8). Before the stage they had even filmed a concept film to help understand the story line better. The song they performed? 'Come Back Home'.
The song's MV was released on July 27 way after the program ended. But overall they used their stages strategically to show what they are capable of and to promote this comeback. Although they didn't get into 'Kingdom' (another Mnet survival program) they gained a lot of attention, new fans, more experience and new friendships. Maybe their intend never was to win but to make it to the finale and make ToMoons proud with all of their epic performances and hard work.
